H2O ADVENTURE + FITNESS CENTRE REVIEWS

Warm water and wave pool and water slides made it feel like we were on vacation - much needed during our winter months! If only they could quadruple the amount of lights throughout the Waterpark area to mimic the summer sun it would be perfection. Loved it and so glad we have this gem here and at such a reasonable entry price for drop-ins!

Another great family activity in Kelowna. If you are passing through or live in Kelowna, then you have to make a trip to the H2O center. This place is a blast. It has 3 water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, a kiddy splash park, and the best part is the Flow Rider surf machine. You have to give it a try 100% guaranteed to have a blast.

We enjoyed their large assortment of indoor water activity facilities. Lap pool, flowing pool, wave pool, water slides, diving boards, hot tub, flow rider, and probably more. Pretty much something for everyone. So much so that we didn't really even get to the weight and fitness area.

PARKINSON RECREATION CENTRE REVIEWS

Older facility that will be replaced in the future. Many programs for all ages and abilities. Excellent service, excellent instructors, that if the schedules work for something it's great. Sadly not much for group workouts in the early a.m. Possibly resulting from previous closures, restrictions etc. Facility has online activity program (no more paper) found on the city website or look up by name. Passes, drop in, individual rates for sessions with no membership needed. Lots of parking, wheel chair accessible. Great facility for all.

I've had the pleasure of using these facilities for the past few years. I must say it's an excellent place to workout, relax and meet people. Only thing I could suggest to improve the overall experience would be to install swimsuit dryers. Other than that I'd say they're doing a fantastic job.

Good place for indoor and outdoor activities. Even just messing around with the kids in the back is great. Soccer, pickle ball, playground, exercise equipment outdoors, a nice Creek in the back. A little gem in the city.

KELOWNA FAMILY YMCA REVIEWS

Everything you need under one roof: pool, conditioning room, gymnasium, every kind of group fitness class you can think of, daycare, recreational sports like pickleball, basketball and badminton, state of the art cardio machines and staff who actually care about you! Financial assistance is available as well.

Fantastic place to work out. Of all the YMCA I've been to this facility has the most to offer. It has games, a walking course, swimming pools, a wide array of workout machines, plus much more. I look forward to the next time I visit there!
