Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff! The front desk lady, who was training, was super nice. The rooms are clean and huge. Laminate floors are always better than carpet for me so that was a huge plus. Quick room service response. If I had to make a minor critique… it would be their AC is super loud especially when it turns on automatically in the middle of the night. It startled me multiple times, I had to turn off the auto setting. I would also suggest more drawer space for clothes. We only had one drawer for a room that’s supposed to be for 2-4 people.

So far everything is wonderful. The apartment we booked is beautiful. 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A full kitchen. And the view is terrific. The weather is co operating and we can sit outside on our little patio. The bar has great food with a view too. Check in was easy and very helpful. We are here for a week so we have lots of time to check out all the amenities that the hotel offers.

Hands down the best hotel in Kelowna. Great location great amenities and great service. The rooms are well appointed and updated. They have Tesla chargers. Great pool and marina right in the hotel. Good dinning options that are open late. Great patio. There is also a casino connected to the hotel.

BEST WESTERN PLUS KELOWNA HOTEL & SUITES REVIEWS

Came here after an extremely terrible stay at the Sandman just a couple blocks down the road. I must say the experience here from the lobby front desk to the room is absolutely amazing and excellent services! I definitely came here on a quiet day on Monday, getting to enjoy the hotel by myself but the view is amazing. I'm just outside the front door there's a restaurant ten steps across the building and the food is pretty good. The room is super clean I highly recommend it if you're going to visit Kelowna!

I had a fantastic stay at this Best Western. The rooms are spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, and the beds are comfortable. The added jacuzzi in the suite was a wonderful touch. The staff throughout the hotel are kind and attentive. Unfortunately, my trip was cut short, but I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Kelowna. Love the mineral salt pool. We were lucky enough to end up in the hypoallergenic room during a stay and it was SO impeccably clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Nice coffees and cold water in the lobby. Our families favorite place to stay in Kelowna!

ROYAL ANNE HOTEL REVIEWS

This hotel is ideally located, and exceeded my expectations. The rooms are lovely, beautiful linen, and a very comprehensive continental breakfast is included. Parking is also included which can be tricky in the area, although some of the parking is exterior. Overall very happy and would stay again.

We have been staying at the Royal Anne for the past several years for our team meetings and the staff have been fabulous in taking care of us all the time. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the location can’t be beat. Cant wait to come back.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Best shower over a 3 week vacation touring BC. Best continental breakfast with fresh fruits, pastries and memorable cheese, spring onion, bacon frittatta that you warmed ready to eat.
