“Wesley Brooks Conservation Area is a 13.4-hectare conservation area that has been a central focus for group activities. It is a heavily forested island with marshy areas on the park's south end that provide excellent nesting and feeding areas for local waterfowl. Wesley Brooks Conservation Area is a large green space with walking and equestrian trails, a disc golf course, and a military memorial. Visitors can also enjoy other amenities, including a stage for performing arts, playing fields, a mile-and-a-half hiking and biking track, and a nature park. The conservation area has groomed trails and a playground that draws tourists to stretch their legs and play. Wesley Brooks Conservation Area is also the spot for concerts and seasonal events in this scenic open space.
