I had a wonderful experience with the Revive package (includes essential facial, relaxation massage, luxe manicure and pedicure). Ashley did a fantastic job with the massage and facial - very relaxing and I noticed an improvement with my skin tone and texture immediately. Margaret did a wonderful job with my manicure and pedicure and she explained the different steps and products being used along the way (the citrus scrub is amazing). Even my husband noticed how smooth my feet were after the pedicure. Alyssa at the front desk provided great product recommendations and went above and beyond in terms of customer service to help me find the best products. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a relaxing experience, I'll definitely be coming back!

Wonderful place with exceptional staff. I had a wonderful luxe pedicure with Eva who's attention to detail made for a very relaxing experience with lasting results. The décor and ambiance are very welcoming and serene. I recommend treating yourself. Looking forward to going back.

The facility is always clean and provides a calming environment. The professionals are extremely knowledgeable and helped me thoroughly understand my skin care needs and options. I will choose Sanctuary Spa every single time.

BALSAM SPA REVIEWS

Recently I tried the laser hair removal. I had been going somewhere else to do this service, many sessions in and results were not the greatest. I just thought it was normal to have to continue to keep going back. Until I tried Balsam Spa laser hair removal. It really worked. It's been three months not a hair has grown back It's smooth the process was quick and easy. I highly recommend if you were thinking of laser hair this is your spot. Not only do they do laser hair, I actually enjoy all the services they have to offer. I have been a client since they have opened . A highly recommend a hot stone massage and a purifying facial. Wonderful enery in the Spa and the staff and team beautiful caring individuals.

This place deserves 100 stars!!We had a great experience I got Deep Tissue massage and it was absolutely perfect! They're so friendly, professional and kind. We loved the cleanness and atmosphere of this Spa place. My aunt done her nails and she was very happy! Highly recommend this place, they're amazing.

My husband and I had couples 50-minute relaxation massages at Balsam Spa in Newmarket, and really enjoyed them. Both masseuses were very professional and friendly. We definitely plan to return, and would do the 50-minute again; it's the perfect amount of time.

Such a relaxing pedicure last week. Jennifer is the best :) The staff is always warm & welcoming. They are MORE than following all COVID-19 regulations. I felt completely safe & secure. I have been a customer for a few years now, I am always impressed with the level of professional service. I cant wait to go back for a few other treatments. Highly recommend!!!

I have always had a great experience at Dawson Manor spa. The schedule me quickly and their service is great. The staff is friendly and always makes you feel comfortable. Most of my interactions are with Michele and she is fabulous but I am sure everyone else is as well.

This is the best place in town for any spa treatment! I go here for my me time, to treat myself. All the staff are wonderful providing incredible service. I love to get a signature facial with Jenn. I always leave feeling rested and rejuvenated. She’s the best!
