I can not say enough good things about this company. The limo was beautiful and Mike was amazing. He took great care of me and my family and he had the best price by far. We had so much fun. My wife's family was visiting from Brazil and Mike made them feel like royalty and the respect he gave everyone was the way a professional should be. The limo was clean and beautiful. The best part was the response time. I called them at 11am and Mike was in front of the house at 11:30am. I guarantee if you try them 1 time you will never call another service ever again. Best limo service in aurora ,Newmarket actually in my opinion CANADA. Thank you Mike and black tie limousine for treating us so good and giving us an unforgettable experience. It was truly a great time and we will be calling again soon .

We booked Black Tie Executive Limo for our Daughter wedding after friends told us about the great experience they had for their wedding. The chauffeur was fantastic, so friendly and polite and most importantly he was punctual and helped our family wedding day run smoothly. We felt like VIPs the whole day, and the pricing was very fair. My family and friends truly Thank you, and would definitely recommend.

Beyond wonderful customer service and went above and beyond for us! We would definitely refer them to others and use them again. Mike was fantastic to deal with and the driver for the evening was amazing. So happy we used them.. they helped make a special event even more perfect!

We used Melrose Limousine for our wedding day and Billy was absolutely amazing to work with. He ensured to follow up on timelines the days leading up to the wedding as well as addresses/# of pick ups and drop offs. He was nice enough to capture some beautiful pictures with the bridal party and extremely helpful with loading up the limo for us. I would definitely use this company again for any future events! Highly recommend (not to mention the limo itself was brand new + filled with water and ice, and the price was great.

First class service! We used Melrose Limousine for our transport to & from Pearson Airport & everything was great. We had used them last year for our transport to & from Billy Bishop & that was really good too! We will be using them again to go to a Jays game this summer. We highly recommend this company as you get first class service.

The day of my wedding my dog ran out and we couldn't find him, Osama and his team instantly helped and changed the limo time very last minute and were so accommodating!
