There are many things for children available in this park at their special events, such as face painting, train rides and playing on bouncy castles. The park has a pavilion offering shelter, a barbecue site and chess/checker tables. Fairy Lake Park features music, demonstrations, dance, and other activities. There are also plenty of benches available to sit and relax. The park is open year-round and free of charge. Fairy Lake Park is a perfect place for walking, cycling, and bird watching. Waterways and marshland are known as the Wesley Brooks Conservation Area includes the dam at the Water Street bridge, which is used for flood control.”
