3 Best Music Schools in Newmarket, ON

I would like to use an opportunity to write a review on my experience at Piano Studio music school. My daughter is piano RCM Level 10 graduate student, who first visited the school in year 2018. She started at a beginner level and in 6 years went through more than 10 levels of RCM piano curriculum. It has been a great experience that she will remember for the rest of her life. Throughout this period, she had been taught by three different teachers who recognized her talents and helped her develop passion for music. Transition through different levels was very smooth and the teachers did their best to develop her skills and helped move through the levels at the highest possible speed according to her abilities. The Piano Studio staff has always been friendly and motivated my daughter to move to the next levels. The school offered music recitals twice a year allowing its students to perform on stage in front of the large audience. Staring on year 2020, my daughter started taking classes with Luda Marchuk, a professional teacher with more than 30 years of experience. Thanks to Luda, my child learnt advanced piano playing skills and have now reached young performer level. My daughter is about to start studies at the RCM ARCT level and is looking forward to it. I would strongly recommend the Piano Studio as a wonderful place to learn music for students of all levels from the beginning to advanced.

The Piano Studio has been our family's music school of choice for 20+ years. All of my children attend/ed this music school. It is a very well managed school and the teachers are knowledgeable, professional & friendly. The school has two locations - Newmarket & Aurora. Both facilities are clean & organized. The front-office staff are very helpful & friendly. The school offers a variety of lessons - instruments, voice, bands. The kids love learning music here. The seasonal recitals are a great opportunity for them to showcase what they've learnt. I highly recommend this school. I am absolutely confident you will have a positive experience with them.

The Piano Studio has been part of my girls’ routine for few years now, and all I can say is WOW! A big thank you to the tremendous teachers who go above and beyond to make my girls feel exceptional. I also really appreciate the patience, the flexibility and the availability of the staff.

I called the Arts a couple of weeks ago and spoke to Ryan. I told him I was looking for a short scale guitar for my needs. He took my email and in short order he replied with a few options he had in stock. The next afternoon I went there and he personally showed me a Taylor he had and let me take my time to audition it with absolutely no pressure to buy. I ended up finding another Taylor that I loved and played beautifully for a great price. He happily accommodated me and and worked a deal on my trade in. He was very patient and provided exceptional service. I'm very happy. This is my second purchase from the arts in a little over a year and I plan to make all future big purchases through them. Friendly helpful staff without the "department store" atmosphere I find at the big music store chains.

I love my guitar lessons with James very much. Also I attended the "Acoustic play along event" yesterday and loved the atmosphere. I hesitated first as a beginner to attend, but I could manage to try some chords, and it felt so good. Also when you want to buy, they are super helpful!

This store is fantastic! I highly recommend it. Today, I purchased an EVH guitar at a great price. Ryan, Fraser, and the luthier in the workshop were incredibly helpful and patient. I had the best customer experience I've had in GTA. I will definitely be returning in the future.
