I grew up near here. It was very nostalgic to walk through here. Its even more lush than it was before. The addition of a staircase to the residential area was a nice touch. I loved riding my bike down the hill. The pond and bridge at the bottom are spectacular.
This park is a hidden gem. Despite not being a large in size for a park, it offers a beautiful and great trail. Even during the hot sunny day, tall trees should give you good shade while walking. If you need a good walk after a lunch nearby, give this place a try.
First time I get to experience this "hidden" Park", I say hidden because it's behind where I live and I didn't know about it. Great for walks, would be nice if there were more signage and a path route.
