AL Inspection

Highly recommend getting an inspection done with Patrice Lagace. He came earlier than the appointment time to look at the surroundings and prepared a quick report to summarize his findings before the inspection even started! He was very thorough, concise and informative while still being nice and attentive to any questions we had. As soon as we let him know that we were first-time home buyers, he immediately started giving more in-depth information to help us.
