Best Western Plus Waterloo

Just got checked in and feel like a superstar! Thank-you Best Western for the BEST VALENTINE'S DAY I have ever had! I can't wait to enjoy the rest of my stay but have already felt at home and at ease! I'm in good hands! The reception area and hotel are nothing but high class treatment and atmosphere. Luggage dolly even saved our energy getting in, can't wait to get off! ;)

I lived at this hotel for two months while waiting for our condo to be ready to live in and I never experienced a problem. Employees were all so nice and accommodating to everything I could have asked for and breakfast was always a great start to my day. Truly made this experience much easier and better for my roommate and I.

The hotel was well taken care of and the room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Everyone we met from the front desk , restaurant, and cleaning staff always had a smile on their face and greeted us with kind words. They were exceptional.
