The accommodation of the staff was great, friendly and helpful. Yes, the spaces of hallways are narrow and the elevator is small, but none of these cons displeased me. For the rooms, at least I can comment on my suite; it was large and very clean, equipped with everything you will need. The location of this hotel is not too far from Parliament Hill, about 1.2km, and in a quiet area. With your stay, you get a free breakfast Overall, I was very satisfied; good price for good value and service.

Great location conveniently situated downtown. Have stayed here a few times for events, and would definitely do so again. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and there's a great layout of comfortable couches and amenities in the rooms. Having access to kitchen supplies was very useful for the trip. Staff were friendly and attentive, and desk team was very helpful for any issues. One of the staff - Tony - made sure that everything was in order and also that any additional requirements were taken care of.

For business purposes it really does the job. The staff is polite and helpful, there is a (black & white) printer in the room, the price is reasonable and the hotel is very well located. The only thing is that the free breakfast doesn't have a lot of healthy options. Still, I was pleasantly surprised by the place and will likely be coming back.
