Fantastic from start to finish. I enjoyed the Sales and Installation processes as I always knew where I was in the process and what to expect next. Each date that was given and each promise made was delivered as expected. The sales call was professional yet casual enough for me to feel comfortable. The installation crew were fantastic. Each step in the day was laid out on arrival and each member of the crew was kind, respectful and clearly knowledgable about the equipment they were installing. We are very happy with our choice of Coastal Energy.

Coastal Energy was very responsive and attentive to my needs. They surveyed the situation and very timely on providing an estimate and date for work to begin. The work began on time and finished as stated. The installation crew were very professional while being personable and friendly. I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Jay on 2 occasions. During the first service call he clearly explained what the issues were with our heat pump and what my options were. He was honest and forthright with what the cost would be. We chose to replace our heat pump. I was able to get an appointment not long after. Jay and the other fellow with him were extremely professional and did a great job on the installation. I would recommend Coastal Energy to anyone and will definitely be using them for any service needs.
