Thank you Servicexcel! I had a ductless heat pump installed and the process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Sales associate Eric was knowledgeable and helped sort out the best system for my situation. The quote was reasonable (I had comparison quotes) and they were able to install the heat pump sooner than expected. Office staff, Jamie & Cameo (phone and email) were prompt and helpful. And importantly the technicians, Levi and James, were great! They arrived on time, were polite, friendly and excellent at their job. They took the time to explain details to me and made sure all was in order and cleaned up before they left. So far I love the heat pump!

A second great mini split Mitsubishi installation by the folks at Servicexcel. we installed the second system to the upper floor of our home which took some figuring out as most of the bedroom walls are within the attic space with only dormer sections external to the roof, Technician Sean provided great assistance and guidance in selecting appropriate pilot test hole mounting locations in the bedroom walls to enable successful unit installation. Excellent and professional work by Sean and Dylon on the final installation. Very pleased with the Service and follow up that Servicexel provide.

Such hard-working guys who were so courteous, polite and took the time to answer our questions. Worked so efficiently as a team in the sweltering 30 plus temperature.
