We got new AC installed on 28th June. Had a pleasant interaction with Steve who was the sales representative. He presented us with different options and was upfront about the cost of sales if we are to buy vs rent. The whole process was transparent and satisfactory to us. On the day of installation, Rob and Jeff were on schedule. Both of them were very professional as well as knowledgeable about the work that was performed as part of the new installation. They also answered all our questions regarding the installation as well as ongoing maintenance of the product. We were satisfied with the service provided by Steve, Rob and Jeff and we will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cooling or heating solution for their home.

Wajahat H. was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered our questions very efficiently and was able to book us with the installation of new ACU within 3 days. The 2 technicians (sorry but I forgot their names) that installed the unit were very courteous and on time. They explained every step what they are going to do and they were fast! Overall, we were satisfied with the service they gave us and definitely will recommend them.

Our plumbing service call was serviced by Kris Kokosarevic a few days ago. He was very professional, prompt and polite. He fixed the toilet tank issue by replacing the parts within minutes and also checked another minor issue. A minor leak under the washroom sink. Job well done, Kris. Thank you.
