Emilio was fantastic. Very professional, knew what he was talking about. Was able to explain very plainly to me the differences between each AC unit. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions I had. Bradley and Dylan did a fantastic job with the install. Arrived on time, no disruptions at all throughout the day. Beautiful work, looked flawless. Took the time once it was all done to go over every new piece of equipment they had installed and provide insight into how it worked and the maintenance required. Answered my questions without hesitation. Highly recommend Peel for any AC or Furnace job.

Shane was our technician from Peel Heating & Air Conditioning. He was very thorough with diagnosing the issue and solving the repair of our humidifier & furnace. My husband and I found Shane to be very knowledgeable and great with his recommendations. Not pushy at all and made us feel very comfortable with the service we were getting. My thermostat was not working. I called the company and they sent someone within an hour of calling. Our technician was Shane and he was so polite, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised and will be requesting him in the future if we ever need their services again. If Shane's manager is reading this, you should be very proud of him and his work ethics. He is a stellar employee!
