A wonderful experience with an unexpected problem with no hot water in the house. We have a rental water tank from Reliance and as I called them, the person on the line effectively understood the issue and arranged for a technician to check and advise. Dan from Reliance turned up within the period I was advised and his professionalism in conducting the task at hand so we would have the service back plus his approach to appraise me on other products that Reliance has was noteworthy. Dealing with the current situation of the COVID pandemic for past months and compounded by the things that can go wrong, I was pleasantly surprised by the positive behaviour and the efficient work conducted by Dan. My satisfaction arises not only from getting the work done efficiently but also with Dan’s work ethic. I would recommend Dan for his professionalism as well as his clarity in explaining while working continuously. I applaud good team members as Dan and want others to know of his qualities.

I just want to mention that Steve did a fantastic job doing the yearly maintenance of our a/c unit. He came on time and when he entered my house he was very respectful and considerate wearing a mask to make sure I was comfortable with him working in my home. He also did an excellent job doing the maintenance and he even offered to clean my a/c unit properly. I want to apologize to him for getting wet while cleaning my a/c because the hose was leaking and I really appreciate it that he cleaned it anyway even if he was soaked while doing it. Thank you Steve for your hard work and dedication.

I was impressed right from the call I placed this morning. Got thru in about 1 min and the guy on the phone was very good. Had a tech out within hours of my call. But it was the tech, Stephan, that was absolutely awesome! Courteous, polite, professional and most of all, knowledgeable. Knew what was wrong quickly and with quick precision, had us back up and running. I'm very impressed with Reliance today!! Great service!!
