We woke up to our furnace not working on a Saturday morning on one of the coldest days of the winter- house was at 12 degrees and dropping. After doing all the typical checks- filter, breaker, pilot etc, we knew it was something more serious. We had recently replaced the blower motor and igniter switch so were worried that we might be looking at the need for a new furnace. Hassib picked up our call early on a Saturday morning and was at our home a few hours later exactly as he said he would be. He assessed and determined it was our control board. He said the rest of our furnace was in good working order and didn't require replacement- no pressure, no upselling, just honest service. He then went out of his way to drive to Markham to get the last board in stock for our model of furnace and installed same day. He was professional, honest, efficient and kind. His price was reasonable and fair for the work and part we required. Without hesitation, I will call Hatco for any future HVAC needs- it is so refreshing to have such a positive experience during a time that can be stressful. Thank you for everything!

Hassib was quick to respond right from the start. We wanted a mini split ac unit installed in our second floor master bedroom. Hassib was so helpful and patient, having to come back a couple of times because of trying to figure out where we wanted to place the unit. He was very fair with pricing, extremely personable, and left no mess. The unit was installed and electrical was done as well. The custom built stand for the outside unit looks great, as well as the electrical box. Highly recommend!

I had to have my AC/HEAT split system repaired. My mother board needed to be replaced. I had the worst trouble finding anyone who would even do this work. I spoke with Hasime and he was able to come to my home today and fix it. 2 days earlier then I originally thought. He was excellent and answered my questions.
