Really great store, specifically the Ness location. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and my wife and I have made several purchases there. Prices are competitive and the quality is perfect. It’s hard to keep this review positive and generic when what really made our experience stand out was the service we got from an associate by the name of Dawn. Over the last year and a half she has proven over and over again her level of customer care and diligence. The store wouldn’t be the same without her!

I purchased a diamond pendant for my best friend for her wedding and the service was impeccable!! Josh helped me select the perfect cut and style and he was so helpful. He made sure to get to know me and my best friend to understand what we like and dislike and helped us customize what we loved. I am so happy with our pendant and I really represents what we stand for. I would highly recommend to anyone in Winnipeg looking for a custom diamond piece! 10/10!!!

My fiancé and I went into Appelts to look at engagement rings. After we left my fiancé went back and spoke with Dodgie. Him and my fiancée designed the most amazing piece of jewellery, one that I will forever cherish. We have been back in the store twice for a cleaning and always look forward to having a chat with Dodgie and discussing future projects. He was so helpful and pleasant.
