Neil Douglas Guitar Shop

I am a beginner casual guitar player and brought my guitar in for a much needed tuning in August 2022. I probably picked it up 5 times before I realized about 9 months later most of the strings were fretted out when playing higher notes. Liz made the adjustments while I was there and sent me on my way. She was lovely, knowledgeable and so helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Neil Douglas for guitar service!.

Love Neil Douglas for lessons and musical instruments and accessories. Kids have taken group and individual lessons and their teachers are very supportive and communicate well with parents. Staff in the music store are very friendly and helpful and prices are comparable with online and bigger box stores. It is awesome we have a shop locally in New West where we can get strings, capos, picks and tuners. Great ukulele selection too!.

Awesome service, friendly staff. Love the rustic interior. Great variety of guitars and ukuleles. Will be coming here from now on. One of the few music shops around vancouver that doesn't have insane markup on their instruments.
