I have been going to Eyes to Buy for what seems like forever. Shelagh has always been fantastic. More recently - Shelagh went "above and beyond" to rectify an issue that was completely not her doing - and completely beyond her control. Customer service "par excellence" to say the least. Many thanks to Shelagh. I highly recommended her store.

Brought my sunglasses in that I didn’t purchase from eyes to buy. Other shops in the area refused to repair them, but eyes to buy repaired them in under 3 minutes. Very pleased with their service.

Nikki at Coles and Keys was fabulous to work with and provided excellent customer service after Canada Post lost my glasses. She was patient and worked diligently to make sure I was happy with the end product and stayed in touch with me the entire way through. I highly recommend them for your eyewear needs.

Coles and Keys is such an enchanting and unique eyewear shop! Not only does the store have so much character, the frames are absolutely stunning! Nicole and Nikki are wonderful and so helpful when selecting the perfect frames! I tried on multiple pairs that I loved. I highly recommend Coles and Keys to anyone looking for new frames. They have a great selection to choose from.

I always have a fantastic experience at Coles and Keys! Nicole has been helping with my optical needs for many years now and she and Nikki are not only friendly but so professional and knowledgeable about eyewear and eye health. The service is top notch and they have a large variety of stylish (one of a kind!) frames, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I joined my parents for an eye exams a few weeks back, and received amazing services from staff and the optometrist (Dr. Singh) Dr. Singh was kind, professional. He took his time during the exam and also took his time when explain eye conditions for my parents. We didnot feel rushed at all. High recommend this place.

Have gone here for the last 3 years now since moving to Stratford. They always have good deals on for a very reasonable price. I had went elsewhere to get an eye exam done quicker and looked around the other office. They quoted me over 1000.00 for 2 pairs of glasses, said it was with the deal they had. Went to Hakim and paid half the price for frames and lenses I am more happy with. I always have great service going to this location, and you can't get better pricing anywhere else.

Never had glasses before so i was out of my field, but all three people on shift took the time out of their day to help me out with picking styles, getting everything squared away and such. Was very happy with the customer service and selection.
