Sara Pukal has a remarkable knowledge of the human body and uses this expertise to assess and treat patients. The benefits were noticeable after the initial treatment. I appreciate the fact that she listens and explains what and why is happening so I learn something. I applaud Sara for her knowledge, skill and ability to use her talents to enable a body to heal itself. I highly recommend.

I have been receiving Osteopathy treatments with Sara for a year now and each time I go I feel better and better! I had no idea what to expect with Osteopathy and discovered that the treatments are subtle and gentle yet very profound. I experienced lasting relief particularly in my hip area after the first treatment (I had very tight hip flexors for years) and now, a year later, I am ecstatic about the results! I started out with a couple of appointments 1-2 weeks apart then at Sara's suggestion, weaned down to monthly appointments for maintenance. I also see her a bit more frequently when I have areas that need extra attention. Sara is very professional and truly cares about her clients. She goes the extra mile by suggesting effective exercises for homework. I highly recommend seeing her for your Osteopathy needs.

I can point to discovering osteopathy and Sara as one of those "aha moments" on my health journey. Each session begins with a recap, Sara listens carefully and records notes for reference. She address new concerns during treatments, provides helpful information and resources I can work on between appointments. Sara's treatments are a must for me, thank you Sara.

Reception staff are friendly, greet you promptly and say goodbye. The office is very clean. Jamie Gallen is kind, compassionate and always very professional. She takes time to answer questions. Her assessments are thorough. The treatments are very effective. Her energy is amazing.
