Lily helped me today and was absolutely wonderful. She assisted with the selection and adjustment of the glasses for my 7 month old baby. She provided excellent service and recommendations. The store had a great selection to pick from for kids and we are looking forward to receiving the glasses by mail in a very short waiting period. We will continue to purchase through them in the future.

Lili is the best! I would give more stars if I could. She knows her stuff and helped us immensely with getting glasses for my son and also helping me to get my sunglasses replaced. My wife and I would like to highly recommend her. She is friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and super helpful. Thank-you Lili! We will be back for sure.

Just an FYI to everyone, Lily no longer works at Credit Valley Optical. She was the reason my partner and I went here. Would love to know where she moved onto.
