Fred Miller, Rick Miller and their reception staff are simply awesome! I have dealt with them since 2017 and I have just received my second order of ZEISS lenses for regular & driving distances, and an additional second pair just for computer & television distance. ZEISS top-of-the-line optics are simply outstanding and Rick's careful and diligent FREE re-checking of my prescription with his state-of-the-art equipment, before ordering my ZEISS lenses, speaks volumes of genuine care, consideration and professionalism!! BTW, my prescriptions were issued by a local optometrist who I see every six months since I am elderly with progressive eye disease. And to top off their wonderful service, Rick gave me the absolute best prices for both ZEISS lenses!! I know this for a fact, since I checked prices shortly before with two other listed ZEISS (Canada) dealers in Lethbridge. I am one very happy customer and I will always get my glasses at Southern Optical as long as I reside in Lethbridge. Their quality service and their genuine care for their customers is what builds true personal relationships!
