Having been born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate, I've been a patient of Dr. Paul Pocock's for almost 20 years. This man is a master of his profession and has given me confidence throughout my life. Throughout my treatment, I have had many retainers (including an Essix aligner), several sets of braces, spacers, a palate expander, false teeth, wires, chains, elastics, headgear, Invisalign, and probably some items I'm forgetting. Dr. Pocock's son, Tristan, performs remarkable work in their lab - I have never had an appliance snap or break from this office, while flippers from dentists and denturists never lasted long. Dr. Pocock's staff have always been highly skilled and kind, loving what they do. My experiences when Dr. Pocock has had to collaborate and communicate with other medical professionals such as oral/facial surgeons, dentists, and periodontists have also been excellent. The Doctor is efficient, professional, masterful, and caring. Smiles by Pocock deserves 10/5 stars and my abundant personal gratitude. Many Thanks!

Very thorough discussion of concerns. Full mouth X-rays and photos added meaning to our conversation. Knowledgeable about Prolia and sounded a cautionary note on how it could impact realignment goal. Our family has been a patient of Dr Pocock's for more than 20 years and the quality of care has always been top notch. I first came to Dr Pocock as a teen, and now my daughter is in the final stage of her orthodontic treatment and my son will be next.
