I emailed about a bug problem with photos attached and received a response extremely quickly. Terri identified the bugs, forwarded reputable sources about them, educated me and my family about upkeep and prevention. Inspection was complete the day we communicated via phone call, and a spray done basically a day after. Extremely friendly, informative, non pushy/sales driven unlike the other companies we reached out to. Not to mention the great pricing compared to other companies in the Cariboo area. I phoned for some advice at 8:00 pm one evening. The gentleman was fantastic!!!! The problem was about ticks many miles from where I was, my grandchildren were visiting from Montreal, staying in a very old original farmhouse. Great Company.
