One of the best customer service experiences I've had. Anna was extremely diligent in her communication and follow-up with me. She was very efficient and thorough when I met her for my appointment. Anna helped me with every single step and made sure I was 100% comfortable. Really wonderful service.

I called several places to buy a CPAP equipment + mask and there was a waiting time from 4 weeks to 3 monthz or more. I tried Sleep Panda and they have some available. I made an appointment, got there and everything went smooth. Ann was a great help, she answered all my questions and the best part is that she follows up and is available for any help I need.
