Great experience with the staff, both on the phone and in the office. They gave helpful and concise information, were knowledgeable about the facility and its policies. The facility itself is easy to access but is very secure. As well, it is very clean.

Had a really friendly experience with Jamie. She found us exactly what we were looking for. We've rented from here before and will always come back.

Excellent service by the Guelph site manager who stayed after hours to accommodate us. She took time and care to help us with our first ever storage rental!
