Went to public storage knowing nothing about renting units. I met Lucia and she was amazing. She was kind, took things slow and gave me a lot of useful information. Very patient and knowledgeable as well which really created a positive and safe environment which made it easier for me. Would highly recommend. Good promos too!

Very friendly. My unit overflowed and they were very quick to get me a second unit, reassured me it could be short term. Made no comment that I had filled the corridor while staging to the new unit. Great banter amongst the team. Great rapport with myself and other clients as well.
