Don's Auto Towing

I was on my way up to work this morning and right at the intersection at the bottom of Summit my old beast started belching white, smelly smoke and died. A kind couple helped me push it off the road and I called Don’s towing. A friendly fellow showed up within the given time frame and had me all hooked up and rolling home very quickly! The ride home was pleasant and I appreciated his interesting storytelling to ease my rattled mind. I wish I’d thought to get his name, maybe he told me and it went over my head, but I do know he’s been driving tow truck for many years and I believe he said he’s been with Don’s for 16. Great service. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a great experience after the not so nice one that lead me to this situation.

So I had a terrible experience at the end of my work day. Someone purposely let the air out of my 2 front tires, and unfortunately, I drove the car for a bit without knowing. I thought something was wrong with my power steering. I called Don's towing and they sent Luke to rescue me. He came and took a look, then filled the tires with air and told me it was safe to drive to the dealership. He didn't even charge me for his time! What an amazing person and company!!! I will absolutely call them again when I need them, and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Luke and Don's!!!

Had my semi truck break down just outside Kamloops. As I'm not from the area, I called around to see which local company could get me towed to a shop in Kamloops. Don's office was awesome! Quick and easy to deal with! Their price was fair, but their attitude and care in assisting me was what made me choose them, and im glad I did. Their service was friendly, fast an efficient. They had tow units at my location promptly and had my truck and trailer off the road and into town in no time. Very professional operators who took good care of my vehicle and made sure i was a happy customer!!
