Mid Island Towing

we had a difficult tow, 36’ class A RV stuck in a SOF parking lot with little room and it was stuck in gear. Mackenzie showed up. He was positive and friendly despite the difficult circumstances of the tow. Mackenzie is an intelligent person with a laser focus and driving ability. He went above and beyond giving us key info to sort the problem and so we could find the best place to fix our problem. I got myself in a bit of a pickle and they sent Matt out to help me. He took his time, and slowly got my vehicle out of the ditch. He was so careful and caring to ensure the no damage happened. I couldn’t be more appreciative to him and the excellent service I experienced!

I locked my car fobs in my Nissan and called these guys and within 20 minutes someone came to my home and unlocked my car!! The guy who came literally opened my door within a minute! Great service you guys, thanks for coming out on a Sunday morning! Much appreciated.

I called and talked to a nice gentle voice on the other end of the phone line which is very pleasant to hear because when you are calling a tow truck company you know that it is a stressful situation and you need to remain calm and focused as much as possible, anyways Scott made it all possible because he was the calm and polite voice on the receiving end of the phone line. Now that i have given him all the circumstances with my car break down in Nanaimo at Walmart, and he went out of his way, on my word had my car towed to his yard where he will take my plates and hold for me at no charge and pay me for my car even though I live in Nanoose B.C. , all that I now have to do is go down to his yard the following week to come in Nanaimo show him my registration and I will get my plates back,and some coin as well, which now I can return the plates back to ICBC. and then cancel my insurance on the vehicle which Scott helped me with getting finished with. Scott had just called me to confirm picking up my car from the spot it broke down. yes i would highly recommend MId Island Towing!!! Thanks Scott. - Brian T
