Nanaimo Towing

I was in line for boarding the Duke Point Ferry and accidentally locked the van with my keys inside, 30 minutes from departure. I called Nanaimo Towing, explained my desperate need and time constraint. Scott raced to my rescue. Arrived while the ferry was loading. He was friendly, competent, honest and opened my van in 2 minutes. I just got on the ferry in time. I will be forever grateful and recommend Nanaimo Towing to everyone. It was my most desperate hour. Called 5-6 other towing services. 4 didn't pick up, number 5 couldn't get a truck out to me within the timeframe I needed it. But they told me maybe call Nanaimo Towing I called and the guy was able to get a truck out within an hour, narrowly saving my butt from having to reschedule a whole bunch of appointments related to my newly flat tire. I was stuck at an intersection with a dead battery and people honking and yelling at me and a very kind gentleman saw my truck stopped with the faded flashing lights and took the time to turn around and come back to see if I needed help. I am so grateful that he took the time to do that and take me to where I needed to go. I appreciate your kindness Nanaimo Towing!
