My husband and I both had an urology procedure done in the Nanaimo hospital recently. We were both very impressed with Dr. Carlson and his nurse assistant for their cheery professional manner. They both made us feel totally at ease and listened to. With Dr. Carlson’s skill , the procedure was painless and over before we realized it. Nanaimo is lucky to have Dr. Carlson on their urology team.

One of the best doctors I've seen. Easy going, friendly, and is very knowledgeable. Makes you feel at ease even when hearing difficult news. Amazing bedside manner.

Dr Carlson is the best. Had surgery May 16th and could not have gone any better. I thank him and his team from the bottom of my heart. He is very knowledgeable and has a humorous side to him which makes you feel at ease.

DR. GEOFFREY PALMER - NANAIMO UROLOGY REVIEWS

I've found Dr. Palmer to be extremely professional and very willing to take the time to explain the surgical process to me. He was respectful and very willing to answer any questions I had. His post surgery follow-up was also excellent. I'm happy I had a doctor like him to treat my kidney stone issues. I also found the staff members in his office to be extremely helpful and friendly.

I saw Dr Palmer twice and both times was very impressed with his thoroughness. He also saw me right at the appointment time both visits. Thank you Dr Palmer, and also Rachael who was very helpful in rescheduling me when I had to cancel due to a snow day.

Excellent doctor! I had to get a kidney stone removed and he was very informative in terms of what the process entailed and kept me at ease.

I had the turp procedure done and very happy with the results, About 2 weeks after the surgery I was told that I had prostate cancer, Dr Morrison was very helpful in helping me decide on a course of treatment. Had the prostectomy done within the month. No further treatments required, Had I more surgery for a cyst to be removed all went well. I am very happy with Dr Morrison and credit him with saving my life. Very good bedside manner and never felt like he was rushed any thime I had an appointment to see him.

Dr. Morrison has provided the advice and (prostate cancer) treatments that have kept me alive for more than 14 years. I find him friendly, prompt & professional, and respect the fact that he was trained under Dr. Martin Gleave at VGH Urology. Outstanding physician.

He came in to take care of my son in the middle of the night. He gave me his personal cell phone number to contact him directly with any concerns. Made us feel calm under a stressful situation with his explanations and treatment.
