Ungar Windows and Door were very thorough from start to finish. From the initial quote to installation, the process was smooth and seamless. They are also honest. What I mean by that is we were quoted for labour, but the install ended up being shorter than expected, so the price was adjusted to reflect this and ended up being a couple hundred dollars cheaper. That, plus a couple of items that were not needed on the quote were removed from the final price. Another positive note is there was a scratch on the window (from the manufacturer) and they advised they will replace the window when the new one comes in under warranty, at no cost to us. Not their fault as it was noticed once the window was installed and cleaned. It was handled exceptionally well and they have a very happy customer. I highly recommend using Ungar Windows and Door.

Bravo to the Unger team! We had glass replacement for 2 triangle shaped windows in our park model trailer today. Excellent service and perfect fit. From the 1st phone call to measuring to install today, they answered questions in full and were extremely prompt and professional. The staff are knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. We had a skylight replaced. The cost estimate was clear and the work was completed before the expected time with no disruption in our home. The skylight looks fine, the room is warmer (it's winter) and it is watertight in recent downpours. We are very satisfied and pleased to recommend their product and service.
