Westeck Windows and Doors

I recently contacted Westeck Chilliwack to report our basement sliding door defective specifically the door locking device and bottom security lock. Alisha arranged for a technician to attend our residence to effect repairs. Bryan and a co-worker later attended and repaired the bottom security lock but were unable to repair the door locking device because Westeck no longer stocks that part. Bryan provided the name of the supplier and provided a tip when replacing the defective lock with the new part which I did without a problem. Kudos to Alisha and Bryan for looking after me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend contacting Westeck for quality door/window products and servicing.

We have enjoyed our large Westeck installed sliding patio door/window for 9 years. Recently, the closing and locking handle got a bit “sticky” so Westeck sent Bernd and Xem out to check it for us. Within a few minutes they had done minimal adjustments, applied silicone spray to a few areas and the door was working perfectly again. Such a treat to have prompt service and knowledgeable, friendly technicians pay a visit! Thank you so much.
