Centered Within Yoga

I have been going to Centered Within Yoga since it opened five years ago. I love everything about it! It has been life-changing for me, to discover therapeutic yoga, and to put it into practice. My neck and shoulder injuries have healed dramatically, I appreciate my body for everything it does for me, and I have better posture now in my 50's than I have had in the first half of my life. I know that I will always include therapeutic yoga as part of my self-care for the rest of my days. This studio is amazing, you will love it!

What an amazing studio is full of spectacular instructors. They've created an environment that's inviting, encouraging and therapeutic. I can't say enough good things about the Acro classes, and how much richer my life is now. If you've never tried yoga, or want to step out of your comfort zone, this is exactly the place to start, and what a beautiful journey they will help you make it.

I have taken a few classes of therapeutic yoga with Robin and those classes have been great! I always feel so amazing after, both physically and mentally. The stretches work wonders for my sore and stiff spots, and I feel limber and relaxed after. She’s so kind and gentle and fun. Looking forward to continuing my journey with her! Thank so much!
