Oxygen Yoga & Fitness

I have been a member of Oxygen Maple Ridge for over a year and a half. I have been addicted since my very first class. The energy and vibe at each and every class is incredible. All of the instructors are so positive and helpful and I’ve never once felt out of place like I sometimes do at other gyms. At Oxygen, you feel like part of a big sweaty like-minded family, who care about not just your physical health but mental health as well. There is something for everyone, with a wide variety of classes for all abilities. It’s absolutely my favourite place to exercise.

I attended one class here for a trial week and everyone was super lovely, and the instructor/manager Sonja was very supportive and ran a great class. I then got sick and couldn’t use the rest of my trial week. Sonja allowed me another week when I feel better. They’ve been very accommodating! The facility is clean, huge and has lots of parking. All-in-all, a greatly ran studio!

Only started in January. I love how friendly and approachable the instructors are. Front desk staff is great. Very welcoming atmosphere, look forward to the workout daily. I do freedom flow, tone and sculpt or box and sculpt. Great variety and instructors change the routine so I do not get bored.
