The program isn’t a one-size-fits-all where your left feeling like nothing but a number in the system, it’s personalized, trauma-informed, and deeply human approach to recovery! The smaller group size allows for more one-on-one support and real connection with others who are on the same path. Twelve mile offers people a chance to experience an amazing recovery journey filled with personalized fitness sessions, 1-1 therapy with licensed therapist and nutritional minded eating with a professional chef preparing meals for you and your fellow guests. Jo and Chris are some of the most respected individuals in the southern Ontario recovery community(and beyond) so learning from them has been nothing but a pleasure every step of the way. No matter if your complete new to recovery or looking for a new approach, I recommend the twelve mile recovery program!

Twelve Mile Recovery is the real deal! Their programs are built to match the unique personalities and recovery needs of each of their clients. In my experience they’ve created a safe / warm space for those struggling with addiction. Chris and Jo bring a wealth of wisdom and experience as they seek to help others experience their own stories of recovery.

I have known Chris for over 20 years and Jo since she has entered his life. You both emulate authenticity in recovery. Your wisdom is through realizations and not accumulated through textbooks, giving you the ability to relate to the people you are listening to. Chris, you were an integral part of my first steps into healing and I thank you for the lessons you brought, both directly and indirectly. Thank you both for sharing your sobriety and for some clarity in mine.

Fresh start is the best clinic to go to for anyone suffering from addiction. The drs are caring and compassionate and take pride in what they do. Dr Gill helped save my life. He cares about the success of his patients and goes out of his way to help. He’s gone out of his way to call me when I couldn’t make it into the clinic. The ladies are also amazing. You won’t meet nicer people. The hours work with most work schedules and generally if they don’t the dr will do his best to accommodate you. The pharmacy staff is also amazing. I’m at the end of my journey and it’s bittersweet. I’ve met a lot of amazing people that come from all over walks of life and have been there for me as I have for them. They’ve become more friends to me than anything. If you’re suffering from addiction please see dr gill or another dr at fresh start. Your life is worth it!!

Dr Gill is by far the best doctor I have ever had, this includes family doctors and other clinics. Not only does he work with your recovery and addiction, he also checks any other medications you are on to better understand your needs. I was in a horrible car accident and broke my back and he worked with the pharmacy to make sure that I got what I needed and didn't have to worry about anything but getting better. I will forever be in debt to him for his care and concern. Your not just a number or an addict at this clinic, your treated with the upmost respect. Carol the receptionist is amazing and friendly as well. Next to no wait times. Im so happy I decided to come to this clinic.

Wonderful people.I have been coming here for years.The staff treat you with respect and do not make you feel embarrassed or judged.I have met some beautiful souls over the years.The pharmacy workers are absolutely beautiful souls as well.Mike is a kind and caring soul that works at the pharmacy. Dr Derkesen and Dr.McKay truly care . Fransisco and his co-worker Brittany is amazing as well.

The Segue clinic is such a wonderful clinic. The best one can ever hope to go to. On the morning of my appointment the receptionist came out to the waiting room area and spoke to me confidentially and eased my concerns.It immediately reassured me and put me at ease. The following weeks they have all been accommodating and friendly as day one. Clinic Staff and Doctor are very professional.

Clean. Dr fallis is an amazing dr totally understanding Fransisco is awesome.
