I have been here for a total of four sessions so far and my back and neck pain is so much better. Amanda Hill is a fantastic masseuse, and unlike a few other massage therapists in the past, she is not afraid to really dig into those knots. Everyone I have run into here has been pleasant, though is you want a specific person you may want to keep pre booking as I’ve found last minute appointments are very difficult to come by. If you want to good, deep tissue massage, this is the place to go.

Clean and comfortable facility, Staff was welcoming. Charlene was great during my appointment! I will definitely be back and would recommend :) Thanks for a lovely experience!

Justine was the best! I’ve never felt so relaxed during a massage ever! Will be returning.

I've been pampering myself with frequent massages, especially at more spa-like venues across the city; however, the therapist at Massage Addict set a new bar. She gave me the BEST massage I've ever received. She easily identified problem areas on my radar and even located ones I wasn't aware I had. By the time I left, I was so relaxed and I had no upper back pain. There is no substitute for expertise and, clearly, the therapist at Massage Addict knows her stuff. This will be my new go-to place.

Was referred here and to Erika by a friend of mine. This was my first massage therapy session and I was very pleased with my experience. Erika was very professional, knowledgeable, skillful and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to address my concerns and offered to spend either more time in the areas I had pointed out or a full body massage for my first experience. I left feeling very relaxed and relieved of some pain. Will be back! Thank you!

John is a great RMT and I'm always happy when I leave. Hot stone massages have made my life feel just a little bit better each time. Great facility to go to, friendly staff, clean etc.

I came across In Balance Massage Therapy's website and decided to book with Justine and I have never had such an amazing massage therapist like her, she is extremely talented. I highly recommend Justine to anyone who is looking for a great Massage. The whole atmosphere of In Balance Massage is fantastic. I wish I could give more then a 5 star rating.

Had my very first massage with Colin! Great experience, atmosphere in the room was very relaxing and Colin was very kind and knowledgeable, not to mention the massage was amazing for my neck and shoulder pain. I would recommend this place, and Colin to everyone. Thank you :)
