Absolutely love this pharmacy. I have been a patient here since when it was Tom’s, and I will never switch! Waleed and Imran are amazing owners and pharmacists who get to know you personally so they can help assist you tailored to your needs. Stacy (the real boss, L.O.L) is an exceptional woman who never fails to put a smile on your face as soon as you walk into the pharmacy, she makes you feel like you’re meeting up with a friend and not someone who thinks their better than you because they work in the medical field. Christa, has always greeted and been the biggest sweetheart when helping fill my prescriptions, I really enjoy getting to know her and I think she is a great addition to this pharmacy family. If you’re looking for professional, prompt, exceptional services for both medical and personal needs. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! Cannot be beat.

I recently discovered that my local Walmart pharmacy on Fourth Ave offers certain prescriptions, specifically women's health (UTI), which has been incredibly convenient for me as a working mother. With a busy schedule, I don't always have time to visit a walk-in clinic, and my GP is often booked weeks in advance. However, after visiting the pharmacy, I had a consultation with the pharmacist, who was not only friendly but also highly informative. The entire process was efficient, and I only had to wait about 15 minutes before my prescription was ready. I'm impressed with their service and will definitely be using their pharmacy more often in the future!.

My wife and I went into the Pharmacy this morning to receive our annual Flu vaccine shots. It couldn't have been a better experience! The Pharmacist and his staff were very friendly and efficient. The Pharmacist in particular, was very professional, knowledgeable and shared his expertise on other health related topics when asked. We would highly recommend them!.

Always great service. Been going here for many years. The app makes it really easy to renew your prescriptions and verify costs.

The staff is wonderful and always available to answer questions and have a consultation with the pharmacist in private. The staff goes above and beyond other pharmacies and make you feel like they genuinely care about your well-being.

The staff here are some of the most caring people anyone could ask for in their lives. They actually care about their clients and are compassionate, empathetic and sympathetic. Vaughn, Rhonda, Kim, Jennie you have all made my experience wonderful. I would suggest to anyone to switch to this pharmacy.

Staff at Mapleland Pharmacy couldn't be more organized, efficient & friendly to all customers! By far, most organized in Niagara and their hours support the working citizens. Keep up the great work!.
