I would highly recommend Skin Vitality Medical Clinic in St. Catherines, ON. to everyone! I was initially very nervous as this was my first time getting Botox and Fillers but the girls were so welcoming and did such an excellent job with explaining all products and procedures in detail, that I was no longer nervous.I knew exactly what to expect. Thank you!!! Kayla, Nicole, & Shannon for a great 1st experience, I will definitely be returning.

Sharlene….what could I possibly say except, THANK YOU! Your knowledge, empathy, insight and understanding is beyond anything I have experienced with anyone else in the holistic/nutritional field. I thought I had some knowledge as to what “healthy” meant. Ha! You got me on the right journey that was right for me! Symptoms that I simply lived with (thinking it was age related) for so long….you changed all that. Your holistic approach for a better lifestyle is easy to follow and …..it works! Thank you for your coaching, kindness and friendship. You are the real deal.

Sharlene is amazing! Her program is customized to you and it works. It isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change. She explains the science behind the reason you eat certain things at each meal and is always available if you have any questions or challenges.

Sharlene is amazing at coaching and making health goals attainable. Her warmth and wealth of knowledge is so appreciated.

I just completed my training with Ideal Body Contour and Kam made sure I was full of knowledge and knew the business inside and out definitely worth the money. Others who have received training from other companies don’t even know majority of the information and techniques Kam taught me! I’m so excited to start my first client she has motivated me a lot as well that I can do it and I will be successful which is a bonus.

Went for my first time today. Was a very warm and welcoming environment. Lots of knowledge and tips were given to me. The services they offer are wonderful! Can’t wait to go back!
