James has been working with me the last month on some lower back and leg issues related to sciatica. This was my first experience with an Osteopath after having gone to both massage and chiropractor, but I have to say it was a really valuable decision. James was able to pinpoint what he needed to do in clinic as well as what I could do at home for stretching and exercises that would both help recovery and relieve discomfort. With the knowledge of the exact location of the issue from James, I was also able to inform my chiropractor of the exact location of the problem so they could provide instant relief through even more targeted adjustment and accelerate recovery. James is very friendly, professional and helped me to understand exactly where the issues were. Appointments are always on time, and after 4 sessions I'm almost good as new.

James is an incredible osteopath and a genuine person. He is a great listener and communicator, making you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I've been suffering from back and neck pain since I was involved in a car accident in 2017. After only a couple visits with James, I saw immediate relief and I'm in the process of long-term healing and couldn't be happier with James. I'd recommend him to anyone.

James has a very caring and professional approach to his practice. His goal is to heal you as quickly as possible and get you back to normal functioning. He uses both manual and high tech methods to ease pain and regain abilities. Highly recommend.
