I am caring for a neighbors home while they are stranded in Singapore. After checking their roof I found shingles ripped up and a hole in the roof. Oh no, raccoons. I called one company and am still waiting for the return call from one of their techs. Enough about them. I called Skedaddle and spoke with a very lovely and friendly lady(wish I had gotten her name). She told me that she try to have someone at the residence today for an assessment. Shea Lutwick arrived did a total assessment and gave me a quote. I don't know about anybody else in the company, but these 2 people were super. Shea is very courteous, friendly and very thorough. When the owner gives me the ok, I will definitely be using Skedaddle. Great job guys. Too bad more companies don't treat customers the same way.

I had a nest of birds in my bathroom vent. Mike came out and explained all the options open to me in removing them. He cleaned out my vent and bird-proofed it and then pointed other vents that should be bird proofed as the birds would only move into those now that the one they were in was closed off. Saved me money compared to the others I called.
Exactly as advertised. He came in for a bat in my Tennant's apartment, captured it quickly and efficiently and was going to take it out of the city, check it to make sure it was healthy and then release it. Fast and easy.
