My son and I have mad a nice little home for ourselves at King Andrew Tower. We’ve been in our place now since May 2016 and love it! Wonderful and very friendly supers, beautiful apartment and gorgeous view of Halifax! The supers organize things like a Christmas social, little yard sales in the community room which are nice added touches when apartment living! Supers keep the building very clean and presentable!!! The gym and store are also nice added touches.

Ricky and Joanne (the property managers) are awesome! There were the same property managers I had when I lived in Prince Joe Castle a few years ago so I knew what to expect by having them as property managers again. They are always available if you need them for anything and very approachable. They do a great job in keeping the building clean and maintained and both have a fantastic work ethic. The location of this building is excellent, the 2, 31 and 33 buses have stops close by and more bus lines are accessible within a short walk.

Rick and Joanne The Property Managers are AMAZING! They are very reliable and are always available when you need them. They are so friendly which makes them very approachable. They do a great job in keeping the building clean and safe for the tenants which shows that they both have a great work ethic.

MACDONALD APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Lived here for 3 months so far and it has been awesome. Location is incredible and most importantly the management team is superb, very easy to deal with. We've had a few minor repairs done in our unit and they got them completed 1 day after we filed the request, which is awesome. So far living here has been a great decision.

This Building is Amazing. The managment of the premisses is over the top for engaging in community living. The gardens, the pool, the lobby for sharing with our neigbors, everything is exclusive at a rental price. I warmly recommend this building, if you see an opening take it, they just rent like hot buns out of the oven, I love it.

Nice considerate management team, friendly neighbours. Hallways and elevators are always clean. Include a free gym and swimming pool on Main floor. Cat-friendly. I can’t think of anything wrong about this place.

SPRING GARDEN REVIEWS

After two very bad living experiences, I am so happy to be in such a well managed, welcoming, CLEAN building! Office and cleaning staff are friendly and kind. Ample notice when any maintenance is going to be done, outside is kept very clean, garbage is taken out very timely, and somehow the garbage room doesn't even smell. Amazing. On top of wonderful staff, all the other residents we have met are kind and welcoming, and the location can't be beat.

We have been nothing but impressed since we moved here. Especially since Quadreal took over, everything is very well maintained and the staff is amazing! We love our balcony, our veggie garden, and the great card laundry.

I highly recommended this apartment to my relatives and friends.
