I have worked at Parkland at the Gardens for 6 years and I continue to feel supported, recognized and safe. Parkland /Shannex made sure that during COVID-19 the safety of all residents and employees was the top priority and it never wavered.

The absolute best place for family members who need extra support. The staff here are all exceptional.

A happy environment with staff who truly care! I truly enjoy coming to work everyday here.

THE BERKELEY GLADSTONE REVIEWS

My cousin, Barbara MacKinnon, has been a resident there for several months now. When she moved in, her place was clean and freshly painted. Everyone there has been very helpful with any needs that have arisen. Whenever my husband and I have visited, the ladies at the front desk have been kind and helpful. I can't say anything about the quality of the food as I haven't eaten there, but Barb has never complained about it. Barb seems to be happy there, and that's the important thing for us.

My grandmother had the opportunity to live at the Berkeley. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. On any given day, she was made to feel like the most important person by each staff member she interacted with. It was the happiest time of her retirement years.

The staff at Berkeley Gladstone are excellent, always professional and helpful to residents, family and friends. They take the time to listen and act promptly to all concerns. The "Berkeley Team" are multi talented and there to assist.

MELVILLE HEIGHTS REVIEWS

The facilities at Melville Heights are great, but the people especially are wonderful. They genuinely seem to care about their residents and are always there to go the extra mile to help when needed. There are a variety of accommodations available to suit varying requirements. They are well maintained, and will soon benefit from the installation of central air conditioning, which is currently being installed. All residents get to choose a three-course dinner each day in the dining room, included in the monthly cost. There are also many other meals, snacks, and social activities available. The food is very good and the menu is quite varied. A nurse is on call 24/7, which can be a real stress-reliever for a care-taker or other family member. I always knew my Father was in good hands while he was living there. I cannot recommend Melville Heights highly enough.
