MacFarland’s provided the tent and equipment for our wedding. Robin was amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly and provided us with suggestions on setup and decor. The setup crew was awesome, super friendly and hard-working. The only thing that caused a bit of stress was the setup of the dance floor on the grass. If we had known more about the setup before hand we would have built a solid platform for the dance floor ahead of time to make it a smoother process but we managed to get it perfect nonetheless. GLOW THE EVENT STORE REVIEWS
Glow delivered stunning pieces for our New Year's Eve wedding at Citadel Hill! They were a joy to communicate with throughout the process and answered all of my questions quickly and informatively. On the day before the wedding, when they came to deliver the bar shelf, they discovered it did not fit through the doorway. Without hesitation or complaint, they returned to their store, chose a different, even more beautiful shelf, and brought it back to the site. They did not charge me more for the more expensive shelf OR for the return to store - despite the measurement issue being entirely my fault. Most importantly, I only found out about this after the problem was solved. Needless to say, I was very impressed by their customer service and quick problem solving attitude. I encourage everyone to use Glow for their event needs!
We had some rentals for our wedding from glow and they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, super friendly staff and very prompt with emails. Glow’s rentals were in excellent condition and the quality was by far the best compared to our other rentals. Definitely worth it. Would absolutely recommend.
