These guys are classy people as I had packed my bike from Victoria BC and the rear derailer was out of alignment and the chain twisted I tried to fix it myself with nothing but frustration! These guys fixed in seconds and didn’t charge me anything. A solid business and highly recommended.

Giant Halifax has a fantastic team of helpful folks and some great bikes and accessories. Giant bikes probably offer the best value available from a bike shop.

Only things better then Giant Bikes are the staff at Giant Bicycle Halifax! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

I just picked up my wife's ebike from BMG eBikes, which I had taken in for a tuneup. I had also taken my own ebike there for a tuneup about a month ago. I couldn't be more pleased. The bikes not only look brand new but Louis explained what he had done and what he had found during the tuneup. The prices are reasonable and the staff is both very friendly and helpful. If you live in the North end, you might want to frequent this local business for all your bike needs. As I write this, they are having a clearout sale on last year's ebikes - hundreds of dollars off plus, if qualified, you can pick up a government rebate. It's an excellent time to buy.

I have been to this shop a few times recently for different things with an e-bike I did not buy from them but is from a reputable distributer online. They were more than happy to service my e-bike and did an amazing job for a fair price. The staff are all really friendly and the mechanics seem happy there. I would recommend this place to anyone for sale, rental, or service of an ebike. This is the only bike shop in the city that will service an e-bike you did not purchase there assuming your battery is UL Certified.

Came I with my E scooter that needed a new back tire they ordered and replaced it in less then a week great customer service and very fair prices I'll be returning if I need anything else done with it! Thanks guys!
