From my first contact with Blake and continued communication with Chris, I immediately knew I was in good hands and the noisy squirrel in the attic had its days numbered. These two definitely have figured out customer service. The paddy wagon (aka service truck) arrived promptly on eviction day, along with Harry and his apprentice. A very thorough attic inspection was performed to ensure there were no babies present. The remainder of the day was spent on the roof to cover every area where an animal could possibly enter. Harry and apprentice were courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with, answering all my questions. As was explained to me, the squirrel did try to re-enter for a few days without success. We had a mother raccoon and her babies in our attic so we called Skedaddle to help us. They sent their wildlife technician Kai Saunders and Matt... they were both amazing, kind and super knowledgeable about the whole situation. They were able to retrieve the raccoons very quickly and safely as well as cleaned and disinfected the attic where the raccoons were. We highly recommend this company.
