I was very impressed with the attention I received as soon as I walked in the front doors. The receptionist quickly found me an agent who within 5 minutes carefully explained what was going to happen, how it was going to happen and when... Better service than my grumpy old adjuster at Intact gave me.

The staff and technician were very friendly, welcoming & informative. I would return for future business there anytime. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies that welcomed Dodge. Adam was tentative to get my quote issued. My car will be returning for repairs.

Insanely good service. Not only does the car look brand new again after a collision, they did a full interior detailing that looks phenomenal. Worth every penny and a tip! If anything comes up again, this place is my number 1 now.

Very happy with the excellent repair work Waterdown Collision performed on my car after I got a little to close to the pole along side of my parking spot. In over 45 years of driving this was my first mishap and Max, Brandon, and team were wonderful to deal with. Also, I can’t leave out the ladies at reception who were friendly and helpful. Overall a great customer experience. Thank you.

I was so pleased with my experience at Waterdown Collision. The receptionists were super pleasant. Romano was extremely professional and provided me with a more than reasonable quote. My car was ready within 2 days and it was back to perfect. I highly recommend this business.

My Audi S5 was in a minor rear end collision. The repairs and overall service were first rate. I had an additional 2 stage paint correction done and the car looks incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend them for repair or detailing.

Very good shop I’ve used a couple times. Janet is extremely well organized and makes sure everything proceed smoothly from communicating with me, my insurance co and organizing a rental. My last repair was minor but I was delighted how well they detailed the outside and inside of my vehicle in addition to quality workmanship.

Our 8 year old car looks amazing! The repair is perfect and was done in a timely and professional manner. Communication was excellent. Our car looks beautiful and is meticulously clean both inside and outside! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you!
