I reached out to Alpha Locksmith who responded right away and made an appointment for the next day. Bryce was so efficient; he installed 3 new locks and rekeyed them and cut keys for my whole family. He did an exceptional job with the installation and I would recommend Alpha Locksmith to others. Thanks Bryce for the great work...so appreciate my new locks and the ease with having only 1 key...AMAZING service!!

Bryce was able to accommodate us the same day I called, which was great. Was efficient, knowledgeable, and got our front door lock working. We moved into a new house and helped re-key our doors. Pricing was super reasonable and fair.

Alpha locksmith is an amazing company. They helped me change my lock in like few minutes and they are so efficient , affordable and reliable. I would give more stars if possible...go for them 100%.

Mike is amazing! I just recently moved to Stoney Creek and he helped me feel safe and secure in my new home. He also answered all my questions about Hamilton and told me the best places to go! I 100% recommend Mike. He did an amazing job, you can see how much he cares with his quality of work and attention to detail.

I had need if a new lick as mine was not working properly. I called Mike on Saturday not knowing it was his day off and he took the time to speak to me and between us both we made arrangements for him to come first thing the next day to replace the lock! Best service anywhere! I was very impress with the speed of service plus the knowledge and experience Mike displayed.

If there was 10 stars I would rate him 10! I am so very grateful of Mike! He went above and beyond to help me out!!! I couldn’t thank him enough! I highly recommend.

I bought my new house and needed to get the locks rekeyed. Pop-A-Lock provided excellent service at a fantastic price. I called at 11:30am on a Friday assuming I would have to make an appointment for the following week and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send someone right away. Matt came and provided excellent and fast service. From call to Matt finishing the job took less than an hour. I would definitely use Pop-A-Lock again and recommend them to a friend.

I was totally impressed with the service and had to share it. I was frustrated with myself... locking my keys in the car ... and as a result... likely being late for a nieces Birthday Party. The Pop-A-Lock team arrived much quicker than I would have ever anticipated. Nic the technician took great care not to damage my car and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Wow what service! Well Done! Thank you so much for the attention to my needs at such a frustrating time.

Amazing crew that did their best to get the job done without getting in the way of our day-to-day business. Professional, great attitudes and good pricing. They installed our electronic door access and spent extra time to explain everything to our staff. If you need lock work, use these guys.
