Bryan Jacobs was a great help. As our sales representative, he was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He was informative regarding our purchases and told us about even the small details that were important to us that are often overlooked. He gave us excellent advice regarding our options and our choices. When the furniture arrived home, we loved every piece even more than when we saw them in the store. I would highly recommend Bryan at The Brick Upper James.

Patrick Fife was an amazing help when we purchased our freezer and stove. When we had issues with our freezer he was right there to guide us to figure out how to solve it. With our stove, we needed a certain type, with certain features and at a good price and he found the perfect one within our budget! He will be my go to person going forward with all my furniture and appliance needs.

I visited the brick as I was looking for patio furniture. The shop was technically closed but I was able to have a look around as it was their midnight madness sale. Bought the set was looking for. Salesman was very informative no pressure. I received the set exactly the time they said they'll deliver and they set it down exactly where I wanted it. Easy set up. Very comfortable, beautiful set. I'll see how it does with changing weather. Hoping to see if I can get a cover for it.

We were on the hunt for a washer and dryer. I came on the weekend and met Carla, who was lovely. She helped me decide which washer and dryer would best suit my family and our needs. She was also able to help me get the best deal! Carla was so helpful and was so personable to me and my two small kids. It’s so nice when a sales person can relate to you on a personal level! Would definitely recommend this Leon’s, as well and Carla for any of your needs! 10/10!
